I have now finished her intials and made a start on the satin stitch alphabet in the next line. That requires some careful counting as it is stitched over three. But remember a single block of satin stitch over three contains 4 straight stitches whereas two blocks next to each other have 7 straight stitches and three blocks have 10 straight stitches. Count, and count, and count again!
I am slowly adding photos to the Gallery too. As I suspected we are having a flurry of finishes in the last month. Each one has to be added to the Finishes page and to the Gallery. And marked off my spreadsheet!! It is so much fun seeing all the new additions and very exciting when I find one we have not shown before. We are currently at 136 finishes for the Challenge. Can we reach 150 by the 20th?
